Instructions

- In meal prep containers, layer cooked brown rice, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Top each bowl with cooked chicken, sliced avocado, and shredded cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
