Ingredients

- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
