Description

A delicious and savory dish of crispy breakfast potatoes seasoned with herbs and topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
