Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chicken or vegetable broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the pot.
- Add the sliced carrots and bok choy, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully add the gyoza to the pot and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the gyoza are cooked, stir in the chopped green onions.
