- 1 cup black beans, mashed
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
- Burger buns
- Assorted toppings (lettuce, tomato, avocado, pickles, etc.)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed black beans, cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, onions, bell peppers, corn, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
- Assemble your burger with your choice of toppings and condiments.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your grilled veggie burger!

- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
- These patties can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
