Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the turkey patty on the bun and topping with mashed avocado and any additional toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
