Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
