- 4 Italian sausages
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced peppers and onions until soft.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the sausages for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the hoagies by placing the grilled sausages in the rolls and topping with the sautéed peppers and onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
