- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, lemon juice, parsley, dill, and garlic until well combined.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
