Ingredients

  • 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Place the wrapped jalapeños on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the jalapeños are tender.
