- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crumbled cotija cheese

- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and brush the topping mixture generously over each ear of corn.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more chili powder or a dash of hot sauce to the topping.
