Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, coat the diced chicken with cornstarch.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the sauce to the chicken and stir until well coated.
  5. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender.
  6. Serve the chicken and broccoli over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
