Description

A fun and easy guide to making delicious frozen treats with kids during the summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 cup of fresh fruit (berries, bananas, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of granola (optional)
  • Ice pop molds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and honey or maple syrup.
  2. Add in the fresh fruit and mix well.
  3. If desired, layer the mixture with granola in the ice pop molds.
  4. Pour the mixture into the molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
  6. To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Enjoy your homemade frozen treats!

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different flavors of yogurt and fruits.
  • These treats can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
