A fun and easy guide to making delicious frozen treats with kids during the summer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup of fresh fruit (berries, bananas, etc.)
- 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of granola (optional)
- Ice pop molds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and honey or maple syrup.
- Add in the fresh fruit and mix well.
- If desired, layer the mixture with granola in the ice pop molds.
- Pour the mixture into the molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
- To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Enjoy your homemade frozen treats!
Notes
- Feel free to experiment with different flavors of yogurt and fruits.
- These treats can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Make sure to supervise kids while using sharp utensils.
