Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 cup white rum (for spiked version)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If making the spiked version, add white rum and blend again until well mixed.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice or cherry if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a non-dairy version, use coconut milk instead of coconut cream.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more pineapple juice or a sweetener of your choice.
