A refreshing and tropical drink perfect for summer, available in both virgin and spiked versions.
Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice
- Optional: 1 cup white rum (for spiked version)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If making the spiked version, add white rum and blend again until well mixed.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice or cherry if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a non-dairy version, use coconut milk instead of coconut cream.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more pineapple juice or a sweetener of your choice.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer, just blend again before serving.
