- 2 large oranges, zested and juiced

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Add cinnamon and nutmeg, stirring well to combine.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
