- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in the chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While the bars are baking, prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange zest until smooth.
- Once the bars are cooled, spread the frosting on top and cut into squares.
