- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the milk and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon for the streusel topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the streusel on top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh blueberries.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
