Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni to the dressing and mix well.
