Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  6. Gently fold in the cranberries.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
