Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into strips.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Arrange the apple slices along the edge of the pastry strips, overlapping them slightly.
- Fold the bottom of the pastry strip up to cover the bottom of the apple slices.
- Roll the pastry strip tightly to form a rose shape.
- Place the rose pastries in a muffin tin and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
