Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the wrap.
- Add your desired toppings on top of the cheese mixture.
- Fold the wrap in half or roll it up, depending on your preference.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
