Instructions
- In a large pot, add the smoked turkey and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the collard greens to the pot, stirring to combine.
- Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the greens are tender.
- Remove the turkey, shred the meat, and return it to the pot. Stir well and serve hot.
