Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit juice (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup collagen powder
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and honey or maple syrup over low heat.
- Once warm, slowly whisk in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
- Add the collagen powder and continue to whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- Pop the gummy bears out of the molds and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use any fruit juice your kids enjoy for different flavors.
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
- These gummy bears can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
