Description

Delicious and nutritious collagen gummy bears that kids will love, promoting healthier growth and development.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fruit juice (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and honey or maple syrup over low heat.
  2. Once warm, slowly whisk in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Add the collagen powder and continue to whisk until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Pop the gummy bears out of the molds and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use any fruit juice your kids enjoy for different flavors.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
  • These gummy bears can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
