Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of collagen peptides
  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the dates and almond butter until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, collagen peptides, rolled oats, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
