- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 10 cups water

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the chicken bones in the oven for 30 minutes until browned.
- In a large pot, combine the roasted bones, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer for at least 6 hours, or up to 24 hours for a richer flavor.
- Strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl.
- Let the broth cool, then pour it into ice cube trays and freeze.
- Once frozen, transfer the broth cubes to a freezer bag for easy storage.
