- 1 lb ground beef

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them and let them cool.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, and paprika, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Mix in the shredded cheese until melted and combined with the beef.
- Take a portion of the mashed potatoes and flatten it in your hand, adding a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the potato over the filling and seal the edges, shaping it into a pocket.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
