  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them and let them cool.
