- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer fresh mozzarella balls and tomato slices on top of the avocado.
- Add fresh basil leaves on top of the mozzarella and tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving.
