  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the diced peaches, ketchup, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Continue to simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before using or storing.
