Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries and 1/2 cup of sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the blueberry mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
