- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the cranberries and jalapeno. Pulse until finely chopped.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped cranberries, jalapeno, green onions, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a milder dip, reduce the amount of jalapeno.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Garnish with additional cilantro or green onions before serving.
