Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over medium heat. Add the baked meatballs and stir to coat.
- Slice the sub rolls and place them on a baking dish.
- Fill each roll with BBQ meatballs and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
