Delicious BBQ chicken sliders served on soft Hawaiian rolls, perfect for any gathering.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup coleslaw (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Add coleslaw and pickles on top of the chicken if desired.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your taste preference.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
