Description

BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Sticky Glaze is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines tender ribs with a sweet and sticky barbecue sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  6. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with the sticky glaze mixture.
  7. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
  • Adjust the sweetness of the glaze by adding more or less honey.
  • These ribs can also be cooked in the oven if grilling is not an option.
