- 1 round of Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
- Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the jam.
- If desired, drizzle honey on top for added sweetness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries if using, and serve with crackers or baguette slices.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try using raspberry or apricot jam instead of strawberry.
- Make sure to use a wheel of Brie that is not too firm for the best melting results.
