  • 1 cup asparagus, chopped
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped asparagus. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus in the skillet.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese on top.
