Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
