- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili paste.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- If desired, add cornstarch to thicken the marinade.
- Divide the marinade into five portions for different chicken marinades.
- Place chicken in a freezer bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for later use.
- When ready to cook, thaw the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling or baking.
Notes
- These marinades can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
