Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add the cooked gnocchi and stir to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and top with burrata cheese and fresh basil before serving.
