- 2 medium carrots, cut into fry shapes
- 1 medium sweet potato, cut into fry shapes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cut vegetables.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
