Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup hibiscus tea
- 1/4 cup yuzu juice
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons agar agar powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and hibiscus tea. Bring to a boil.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in yuzu juice and agar agar powder, stirring continuously.
- Allow the mixture to boil for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the agar agar is fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, cut into cubes and serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
- For a stronger hibiscus flavor, steep the tea longer.
- These jelly cubes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
