  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
