A delicious and creamy crab rangoon dip that is perfect for Super Bowl parties and Valentine’s Day celebrations.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and crab meat.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more red pepper flakes.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to substitute crab meat with imitation crab for a more budget-friendly option.
