A delicious no-bake Turkish Delight Slice that combines the flavors of rosewater, pistachios, and coconut for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of crushed biscuits
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/4 cup of rosewater
- 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios
- Extra coconut for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Add melted butter and rosewater to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and roll in extra coconut to coat.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your Turkish Delight Slice!
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, add a few drops of food coloring to the mixture.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute pistachios with other nuts if desired.
