- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the chopped onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and spoon the meat mixture onto each bun.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
