- 1 package sugar cookie dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
- If using, fold in the sprinkles.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
