- ½ cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, strawberry puree, and rose water until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger rose flavor, increase the amount of rose water.
- Make sure to use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
