- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce over medium heat until warmed.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
