Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce over medium heat until warmed.
