A delicious and healthy twist on traditional taco dip, featuring shredded chicken and Greek yogurt instead of mayo.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup black beans (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, salsa, and taco seasoning.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Add in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions, and mix again.
- If using, fold in black beans gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
