Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the sourdough discard and yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil.
- Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips or curries.
