- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it into a disc.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each disc for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and cover with a clean towel to keep warm.

- Serve warm with dips or as a side to your favorite dishes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
