- 4 pork chops
- 2 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the pork chops on both sides.
- Remove the pork chops and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish, then add the sautéed onions and garlic.
- Pour the heavy cream over the potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place the browned pork chops on top of the potato mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
