S’mores Cookie Cups are a delightful treat that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with a cookie cup base, perfect for any sweet tooth.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Grease a muffin tin and scoop the cookie dough into each cup, pressing down slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add more marshmallows on top before baking for extra gooeyness.
